Sustainable Development Education: Job Vacancies

Keep Scotland Beautiful are currently recruiting for two vacancies within the Eco-Schools Scotland team: Assessment and Development Officer Secondary Schools, and Assessment Officer (Maternity Cover). Scottish Borders Council is currently recruiting for a Communities and Schools Carbon Reduction Officer.
Keep Scotland Beautiful: Vacancies
A vacancy has arisen within KSB’s Eco-Schools Scotland Team for a full-time Assessment & Development Officer to provide support to secondary schools to progress towards Eco-Schools accreditation, to develop their work on sustainable development education and to support the assessment process.
KSB is also recruiting a part-time (14 hours per week) Eco-Schools Scotland Assessment Officer to organise and undertake school assessment visits throughout Scotland. The successful candidate will work primarily in the Highland region of Scotland, with the main office being located in Stirling.

Scottish Borders Council: Vacancy
Scottish Borders Council is currently recruiting a full-time Communities and Schools Carbon Reduction Officer. The post is temporary until 30 August 2013. The successful candidate will provide support and advice to schools, Parent Councils and local community organisations within the Scottish Borders to develop activity which will reduce carbon emissions from schools, homes and local businesses.
